HDR has an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Florida Water Business Group in the role of Business Class Lead (BCL) for Utility Management Services (UMS). HDR’s UMS Business Class provides national leadership to develop, coordinate, monitor, and improve technical services for municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater utility support services, particularly utility planning, asset management, finance, regulatory support, and operations consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the UMS Business Class for Florida in partnership with the Water Business Group Manager, Market Sector Leads, and Client Development Leaders for development and implementation of the technical and business development strategies for the Florida UMS Business Class, and support for the National UMS Business Class. The UMS BCL will provide technical support for a broad range of projects, which may include: utility management/asset management, business process assessments, condition assessment and rehabilitation of water, wastewater, and stormwater facilities, strategic planning, operations optimization, regulatory support, master planning, or data management/ visualization. You will implement a range of best management practices with water, wastewater, and/or stormwater utilities including master planning, condition assessment, asset management and maintenance management best practices.
