The manager is also tasked with creating daily plans and weekly work schedules, ensuring the execution of in-store floral programs and corporate promotions in collaboration with the Floral Sales Manager, and controlling inventory using FIFO principles to maintain consistent margins. Additional responsibilities include rotating merchandise, maintaining displays to ensure freshness, coordinating POS maintenance, ensuring displays are properly stocked, and maintaining accurate records for damaged goods. The role requires compliance with workplace safety rules, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, acquiring product knowledge across departments to assist guests, staying updated on promotions, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
