The position also entails performing receiving duties, adhering to product handling guidelines, decorating plants, making bows and balloons, and preparing bouquets. The Floral Manager controls shrink and cost, ensures proper signing and pricing, conducts inventories, processes administrative paperwork, and is accountable for meeting customer service, sales, and profit objectives. They must comply with workplace safety rules and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment.
