• Weekend and holiday availability required

Nice To Haves

• Previous floral experience is not required but is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily floral production including wrapped bouquets and basic arrangements
• Process and prep fresh flowers including hydration, trimming, and organizing inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized design space
• Support senior designers during high volume production days
• Learn proper floral handling, design mechanics, and color theory fundamentals
• Provide friendly customer service when needed
• Help with holiday production and extended hours during peak seasons
