Requirements

Knowledge and willingness to learn on all floral products and how to put together an arrangement
Knowledge and willingness to learn about design techniques, flower care, and handling
Help customers with any questions or concerns on floral products or orders
Ability to demonstrate and set the example for Adams’ culture and values
Ability to operate Adams’ point of sale systems
Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team of co-workers and managers
Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams’ products and quality

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and assist customers with floral selections and orders
Greet customers and prioritize their needs over other tasks
Create simple floral arrangements and bows, and package products attractively
Maintain clean, organized work areas including sales floor, counters, and display spaces
Handle register transactions and take special orders in person and over the phone
Prep and care for fresh flowers upon delivery
Monitor inventory and report or place orders as needed
If assigned, receive and inspect floral deliveries
