About The Position

FloorCare Specialist is responsible for cleaning all types of floors and carpet care to ensure that all are clean to help beautify the appearance of the facility. This role should be able at maintain a consistent clean look of all surfaces and repair any issues as they occur during a work schedule.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow all rules and policies within the organization and department
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to operate floorcare machinery safely and effectively

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of floorcare experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare facility or commercial cleaning role
• Knowledge of hospital infection control procedures
• Knowledge of floor cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment
