E/O/E/M/F/V/D Responsibilities • Strip, scrub and recoat vinyl and vct floors, extract carpet and pressure wash. • Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.• Sweeps floor, vacuums rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies.• Dusts furniture and equipment and polish metalwork.• Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.• Empties wastebaskets; and empties and cleans ashtrays.• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.• Replenishes bathroom supplies.• Performs such other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE PRIOR FLOOR WORK experience of safely stripping, scrubbing and recoating of vinyl and vct floors, carpet extracting, pressure washing, automatic scrubbers and other various floor machines.
• MUST HAVE PRIOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE.
• Must be flexible to help with other cleaning duties as needed.
• Must eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to READ ENGLISH.
• Must be able to PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities
