About The Position

The Custodian / Floor Technician @ First Colonial Inn provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor care. Floor care tech experience is required

Requirements

• High school graduate preferred
• Six months to one year of custodial experience
• Experience working in a senior environment preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc.
• Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
• Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor
