About The Position
Now Hiring: Floor Technicians – Project Crew Based in Newport News | $16–$17/hr | Weekly Pay | Consistent Schedule Shifts Available (No Shift Rotations - consistent schedule from week to week): Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM What the Job Involves: Working with a skilled crew — company van, uniforms, and tools provided Restoring and maintaining commercial floors (stripping, waxing, refinishing) Following clear schedules with steady work throughout the year What We Offer: Weekly pay + full benefits (health, dental, 401k match, paid holidays & vacation) Opportunities to advance — many of our supervisors started in this role A professional team environment where your effort and reliability are valued What We’re Looking For: Dependable workers who show up on time, every time Comfortable with physical work (experience in shipyard, warehouse, or trades is a plus) Team players who follow safety standards and take pride in quality results A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required If you’re looking for steady work, clear expectations, and a company that respects your time — this could be the right fit.
