As a Floor Supervisor at Timberland, a VF Company, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a team of Brand Advocates to ensure a consistent Best in Class customer experience aligned with brand purpose and values. You will also engage in self-development through Division of Responsibility rotations and Position-based training.
