As a passionate, fun, and dedicated Floor Supervisor, you are an important part of the store leadership team at Vans, responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer engagement through sales results and supervising the store team. You are expected to foster a positive and inclusive work environment and provide daily sales-related feedback and coaching on associate performance. You will assist in coaching and supervision of the store team, while emulating a best-in-class customer experience.
