About The Position

At our Skilled Nursing Facility, RNs and LPNs play a vital role in helping older adults recover, maintain dignity, and live safely - whether they’re here for short-term rehab or long-term memory care. You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values compassion, teamwork, and consistent quality care. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
  • Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is strongly preferred
  • Experience with the post-acute patients – specifically the cardiac, post op ortho & the medically complex
  • Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
  • New Grads are encouraged to apply
