About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Floor Nurse to join our team at our Troy location. The RN or LPN Midnight Floor Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Floor Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Communicate with patients and their families to provide education and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
