About The Position

The Mulberry is hiring an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to join our team! We are seeking a professional hospitality leader to maintain our high standards of hospitality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a management role in the high-end Restaurant/Bar Environment
• Must exemplify the highest standards in honesty, integrity, humility and leadership
• Proven team player is willing to roll up your sleeves - a good leader should be willing and able to do whatever he or she asks of their team!
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Food Handler’s Permit or ServSafe Manager’s Certification

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
• Culinary certificate or comparable experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Managing Partners to manage daily operations of the bar/venue and at times as needed other food and beverage areas
• Appoint and delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by Managing Partners
• Ensure standard operating procedures are upheld
• Lead by example
• Ensures smooth operations by planning, delegating, and clearly communicating responsibilities to staff and providing coaching and feedback as needed
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
• Manage restaurant supplies
• Displays a customer-comes-first mentality and ensures the team delivers exceptional customer service to all guests
