Summary: We are looking for Floor Manager whose main responsibility is the constant development and improvement in performance for the sales associates.

Requirements

Previous experience as a floors manager in the automotive industry
Must have experience working with various dealer solutions such as vAuto
Professional appearance and strong communications skills
Advanced computer skills
Proven track record of success
Strong record of positive CSI ratings
Team-oriented with a passion for coaching and development
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Responsibilities

Works together with the HR in the hiring of Sales Associates
Trains, motivates and monitors the performance of sales associates
Supervise car sales staff; ability to take T/Oâs
Assist sales associates in closing deals as needed
Conducts sales training on a weekly or monthly basis
Ensure sales associates meets CSI ratings
Understand the goals on the department and proposes strategies to meet goals
Conducts one-on-one meetings with sales staff and establish performance improvement plan
Works closely with Sales Managers
