About The Position

JF Restaurants is a New York City-based hospitality group led by Michelin-starred Chef and Restaurateur John Fraser. JF Restaurants | Winthrop Center – Downtown Crossing, Boston JF Restaurants is seeking an exceptional Floor Manager to join our team at our newest and most ambitious project to date — eight dynamic concepts housed within the iconic Winthrop Center in Downtown Crossing, Boston. As one of the nation’s most celebrated hospitality groups, JF Restaurants is known for pushing boundaries, elevating guest experiences, and setting new standards in the industry. With multiple accolades and a reputation for excellence, we continue to redefine what modern hospitality looks and feels like. In this role, you will be a hands-on leader on the floor, driving service excellence, supporting team performance, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the energy, precision, and hospitality that define our brand. You will play a critical role in executing daily operations, coaching front-of-house teams, and maintaining the elevated standards that make each concept a standout experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior F&B management role within a high-volume, multi-concept environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal.
  • Passion for culinary innovation and a deep understanding of current food trends and consumer preferences.
  • Proven team player willing to roll up their sleeves- a good leader should be willing and able to do whatever he or she asks of their team!
  • Must exemplify the highest standards in honesty, integrity, humility, and leadership.
  • Must be a Certified Food Protection Manager.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Indesign proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Concept Development: Collaborate with our esteemed chefs and creative team to refine and execute each concept's vision, ensuring alignment with our brand ethos and guest expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in hospitality management, from procurement to service delivery, maintaining high standards across all outlets.
  • Financial Oversight: Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost control, pricing strategies, and innovative revenue streams.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of culinary and service professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Guest Experience: Champion a guest-centric approach, continuously enhancing service levels and dining experiences to exceed expectations.
  • Administrative Management: Work with marketing team on programming and branded collateral. Support team with menu editing across all platforms. Indesign proficiency preferred.
