Requirements

  • A strong track record with 2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store management position
  • Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience
  • Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage shift schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage and assign team members to specific store zones, ensuring all areas are fully covered and operations run smoothly throughout the day
  • Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance-related issues
  • Track daily sales and operational performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management along with recommendations, while maintaining consistent communication on floor activities
  • Ensure all areas of the floor are fully stocked, organized, and presentable to provide an excellent shopping experience for customers
  • Ensure the store is clean, safe, and complies with all health and safety standards by regularly inspecting the floor and addressing any maintenance or cleanliness issues
  • Inspire and collaborate with the team to maintain high performance, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet or exceed company standards
  • Oversee the proper handling of cash transactions from associates and reconcile daily sales reports
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, striving for a positive resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
  • Be the main point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
