About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Manage the floor operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions and providing necessary assistance to potential customers.
  • Respond to online inquiries and leads promptly and professionally, providing necessary information and assistance to potential customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team, providing training and support on internet lead management and conversion.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase lead generation and sales.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and online lead sources, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in automotive digital marketing.
