About The Position

BonnaVilla is seeking an experienced Floor Decking Layout candidate to join the Chief team. Working in our indoor production facility, this position will layout, mark, cut floorboard & decking lengths and cut holes needed for each floor unit in accordance with required specifications .

Requirements

• Construction experience including the use of a large variety of construction tools is required.
• Reading of a tape measure and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Set floor on rolling dollys using hoists.
• Install fiberglass insulation on rim joists.
• Frame in 2x3’s for stairwell.
• Cross measure for square
• Install string line to meet required alignment.
• Layout, mark, and cut OSB boards to lengths before measuring and cutting holes for plumbing.
