Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and TB test
Responsibilities
- Maintain floors including tiled, carpeted, and granite.
- Mixing chemicals according to package directions
- Using floor care equipment such as buffers, strippers, and burnishers
- Cleaning floors with said equipment and removing and scuffs, buffs, and scratches
- Maintain floors by daily sweeping, dust and wet mopping.
- Stripping and waxing during break periods
