The Role Roving Floor Care Technician – Night Shift (5pm-1:30am) Looking for a dependable night-shift role with consistent hours and competitive pay? Join our team as a Roving Floor Care Technician ! You’ll travel to different facilities each shift in a company vehicle, ensuring floors are clean, polished, and well-maintained. Pay: $21.50/hour
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and comfort driving a company vehicle
- Flexibility to work at different locations per shift
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of floor technician experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of multiple hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT, etc.)
- Working knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures (shampooing, extracting, bonneting)
- Planning / scheduling, problem solving
- Time management skills
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow-up
Responsibilities
- Perform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and general floor maintenance
- Travel to different facilities as assigned per shift
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and company vehicles
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all job sites
