We are looking for a Floor Care Specialist to join our team at our school facility on William Kennerly Drive. This role is dedicated to the "deep clean" side of facility maintenance—focusing on the shine and safety of our hallways, gyms, and classrooms. If you enjoy working with specialized equipment and seeing immediate, satisfying results, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional cleaning, scrubbing, and buffing of various floor types (VTR, tile, and hardwood).
• Safely operate floor scrubbers, high-speed buffers, and carpet extractors.
• Assist with stripping and waxing floors during school breaks or as needed to maintain a high-gloss finish.
• Ensure "Wet Floor" signs and safety cordons are used correctly to protect staff and students.
• Perform basic daily maintenance on machines (cleaning tanks, rinsing pads) to ensure they stay in top working order.
