Floor Care Specialist (2472)
About The Position
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment within the facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Employ proper techniques for floor care and area preparation, including cleaning, buffing, stripping, and waxing, as well as carpet cleaning. Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning and finishing equipment, including but not limited to floor buffers, burnishers, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment. Follow all safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility. Prepare all setups with tables, chairs, and tablecloths. Ability to handle emergencies, including liquid spills, slips, and exposure to body fluids. Perform custodial duties when required. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Three months of cleaning experience.
- Must be capable of communicating any problems to the immediate supervisor.
- Must have prior related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
