About The Position
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment within the facility.
Requirements
- Three months of cleaning experience.
- Must be capable of communicating any problems to the immediate supervisor.
- Must have prior related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be capable of communicating any problem to the immediate supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Employ proper techniques for floor care and area preparation, including cleaning, buffing, stripping, and waxing, as well as carpet cleaning.
- Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning and finishing equipment, including but not limited to floor buffers, burnishers, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment.
- Follow all safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.
- Prepare all setups with tables, chairs, and tablecloths.
- Ability to handle emergencies, including liquid spills, slips, and exposure to body fluids.
- Perform custodial duties when required.
- All other duties as assigned.
