About The Position

Requirements

Six months of cleaning experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain tile, marble, terrazzo, and carpeted floors to ensure they are spotless and free of stains.
Dust mop all floor areas thoroughly prior to deep cleaning.
Operate a 175 RPM floor machine to strip floors using appropriate cleaning solutions to remove old finishes.
Apply floor coatings to achieve a uniform and polished finish.
Use a high-speed floor machine to buff and enhance the appearance of finished floors.
Vacuum all carpeted areas to remove surface dirt and debris.
Pre-treat carpet stains and spots with appropriate chemical solutions.
Shampoo carpets using specialized equipment to ensure deep cleaning and stain removal.
Perform all other duties as assigned, which may include additional cleaning tasks or support functions as needed.
