Floor Associate - 2nd Shift

Primarily responsible for maintaining a clean work area around their assigned line. Wash floor and line during breaks. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations. Requirements
- Previous poultry experience preferred
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to safety requirements
- Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- PPE required but subject to change: Hairnet, beard net, shoe covers, smock, earplugs
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment (45ºF, 4ºC)
- Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift
- Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels) and moving production
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math functions and skills.
- Poultry experience preferred but not required.
- Basic Chemical understanding.
