About The Position

We are now hiring a Floating Wellness Director Full-time (32 hours per week) to join our Nursing team as a clinical leader at our exclusive Senior Living organization. The Floating Wellness Director is required to frequently travel to our Senior Living communities across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, providing support to nursing wellness teams throughout Bridges Memory Care and Assisted Living services. Requirements

  • Candidates must possess valid RN licensure in the State of Connecticut.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in Assisted Living is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, staff management, and supervisory skills are essential.
  • Applicants should be systems-oriented, highly organized, and exhibit robust clinical expertise.
  • Familiarity with Assisted Living Regulations in MA, CT, and NH is necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Memory Care Assisted Living and dementia care is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with family members, physicians, health service agencies, and hospital liaisons as necessary.
  • The Director participates in onboarding new wellness team members, evaluates and supervises staff within the nursing department, and assists with regulatory compliance initiatives.
