First Capital Federal Credit Union is seeking a full time Floating Universal Member Service Specialist to join our growing team and will serve as a floater at our East, West, South, Manchester and Contact Center branches. Who are we looking for: Individuals who can provide exceptional service, working with our members to provide guidance on the right Credit Union products and services that will meet their needs. Our Floating Universal Member Service Specialist will process transactions, work with members on their loan needs, open accounts and assist with checking and savings needs. This position will also assist our members with their mobile app, e-service needs, and identify opportunities for new products and services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with members on their loan and financial needs, eager to learn new skills, have excellent written and oral communication, the ability to multi-task, and a passion for helping people.

Requirements

High School or Equivalent
Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows based system and apps, with ease.
Able to professionally communicate with members via phone, email, and in-person.
Two years minimum working in customer service, banking or a related field.
