About The Position

Elements Massage is seeking a hands-on, energetic, and inspiring leader to join our team as a Floating Studio Manager. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a people-focused, customer-service-driven environment. This individual will float between 3 Columbus studios (Dublin, Hilliard, and Easton) to assist with daily operations and ensure an exceptional client experience when other studio managers are not available. They will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training as needed for these locations. We are looking for someone who is not only motivated and self-driven, but also passionate about wellness and creating a positive, team-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience (preferably in retail, spa, salon, or wellness environments).
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first philosophy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Business acumen with familiarity in financial management and performance analysis.
  • Comfort with basic software tools and social media management.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and attend local events as needed.
  • Reliable transportation within the Columbus area.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in retail marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales specialists, massage therapists, and estheticians to achieve individual and studio-wide sales goals.
  • Deliver and uphold a high standard of client care, ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless, professional, and welcoming experience.
  • Assist other studio managers with day-to-day operations including membership sales, appointment booking, studio cleanliness, and team scheduling. Must be able to work effectively with other managers.
  • Build client relationships through networking and community outreach to expand the studio’s presence.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to foster growth and excellence.
  • Oversee studio financials including sales tracking, cash reconciliation, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and uphold a positive, professional studio atmosphere.
  • Support Studio Manager as needed for success of location.
