Make a difference as a Floating Nurse, FOR OUR Non Medical In Home Care Agency As a Part Time Floating Nurse at Right at Home, you will engage in critical in-person, new client assessments and conduct reassessments for existing clients, ensuring that each individual's care needs are thoroughly evaluated. You'll be responsible for creating and updating written care plans, and offering oversight and education to our dedicated caregivers. Your expertise will also be essential during new hire orientation, fostering a strong start for our team members. While maintaining accurate charting during business hours, you'll benefit from ongoing interaction and support from a collaborative team focused on high-performance care. This role promises dynamic days filled with meaningful interactions and the opportunity to positively impact the lives of clients in your community.
