Requirements

Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development
Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
Ability to thrive in a start-up or growth-focused environment
Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting and performance tracking
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
