We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Floating Medical Spa Manager to oversee the operations of multiple locations, ensuring consistent excellence in service and patient care.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical spa or similar management roles
• Strong ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and best practices in medical aesthetics
• Responsible, professional, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between locations

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple spa locations
• Ensure the highest level of client service is provided consistently
• Coordinate and support staff hiring, training, and management at various sites
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe facilities in all assigned locations
• Prioritize patient safety: regularly inspect injection rooms and ensure hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed
• Travel between spa locations as required to provide hands-on leadership
• Honor and respect the diversity of patients and their rights to care
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to maintain and enhance service quality
• Open availability, must be available Saturdays
