We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Floating Medical Spa Manager to oversee the operations of multiple locations, ensuring consistent excellence in service and patient care.

Requirements

Proven experience in medical spa or similar management roles
Strong ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and best practices in medical aesthetics
Responsible, professional, and compassionate demeanor
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Willingness and ability to travel regularly between locations

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple spa locations
Ensure the highest level of client service is provided consistently
Coordinate and support staff hiring, training, and management at various sites
Maintain clean, organized, and safe facilities in all assigned locations
Prioritize patient safety: regularly inspect injection rooms and ensure hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed
Travel between spa locations as required to provide hands-on leadership
Honor and respect the diversity of patients and their rights to care
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to maintain and enhance service quality
Open availability, must be available Saturdays
