About The Position

As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success. Below is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus. Customer Service & Sales Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents. Showcase community features and close leases. Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention. Operations Manage lease files and system updates. Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Marketing Update social media and execute marketing tasks. Monitor local market conditions and shop competitors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Nice To Haves

• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
