About The Position
Roving Leasing Consultant – Clarksville / New Albany Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Roving Leasing Consultant to support our communities in the Clarksville/New Albany area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and is looking for long-term growth with a nationally recognized multifamily owner-operator. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents through the full leasing process
- Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain resident files in YARDI (digital and physical)
- Handle incoming phone and email inquiries professionally
- Support the Assistant Property Manager with resident relations and community needs
- Provide leasing coverage across assigned communities as needed
