Floating Assistant General Manager
About The Position
Condado Tacos is looking for Assistant General Managers who are expressive, knowledgeable, and hospitality driven. Our leaders hold themselves to a higher level of engagement, with their teams, operations, and our guests. Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous casual dining restaurant manager experience required, preferably Assistant General Manager or higher.
- Ability to travel to different restaurants within the market.
Responsibilities
- Always putting the guest experience first!
- Leading your restaurant as if it was your own. Knowing how to read and impact restaurant financials
- Continuously promoting positive Condado company culture with our teammates and guests.
- Passion for the industry, including the highest standards for service and guest interaction.
- Focusing on professional and personal development with hourly employees and management teams daily.
- Ensuring that every item that is delivered to the guest meets the highest standards of quality and presentation set by Condado. We take pride and care in all food presented to our guests.
- Constant awareness of the feel and vibe in the restaurant and setting the standard for the rest of the staff in their location.
- Not only finding the best talent, but training and supporting the team daily.
- Serving the local community as if they were friends and family; whether inside or outside the four walls.
- Continuously finding new ways to boost sales and build relationships with our Catering and Marketing departments.
- Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the Department of Health.
