The Floater is responsible for helping in the classrooms and assisting the family worker. This will include a variety of tasks including classroom supports and family worker supports as needed. - In the classroom the floater is responsible for the creation of a responsive, age-appropriate experience that fosters the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth of the children. - In the office the floater is responsible for assisting the family worker with implementing and participating in a coordinated approach to ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance), Health Services, Family and Community Engagement, and Mental Health services for the promotion of overall family wellness.
