Full Time Float Teller - Various Branches
About The Position
Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Act as a paying and receiving teller. Process commercial customer deposits. Sell and redeem U.S. Savings Bonds. (Main Bank Only) Handle exchange, change orders, loan payments, etc. Work closely with supervisor and customers when questions or problems arise. Verify, straighten and bundle money sold to the vault. Provide friendly, fast and efficient customer service. Travel to branch locations upon Operations Manager's request.
Requirements
- A high school education is required.
- Some previous work experience is preferred.
- Ability to work with large amounts of money and ability to run a ten-key calculator by touch.
- Must be able to work lobby and drive-ups and move from one to the other with ease.
- Must be able to work with and communicate well with customers and employees.
- Part-time employees must be able to work an extremely flexible schedule.
- Must have neat appearance.
