Make general maintenance repairs at assigned facilities. Mentor, train, and support property maintenance personnel. Requirements

  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One-year experience in institutional maintenance department.
  • Supervisory or management experience required.
