This position involves assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing airframes, engines, and systems. It also includes performing modification work on aircraft and handling engine and propeller buildup, installation, and adjustment. The role requires performing a variety of mechanical duties on assigned aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of various systems to complete the aircraft through flight and delivery to the customer. All duties must be performed with the highest standards of safety, and appropriate entries must be made in aircraft records. The role requires general supervision and additional on-the-job training, with assistance needed to find solutions to problems. The team member will learn to identify needs for improvements and be open to new ideas, responding appropriately to feedback.
