Demonstrate and ability to l earn new skills that directly affect product value. Effectively evaluate customer training needs and proficiently coach and instruct . Employ creative and innovative teaching methods to meet individual customer needs. Attain applicable ratings and qualifications in an economical and timely manner. The instructor is closer to and spends the most time with the customer than any other associate at Simcom by CAE . Because of this, the customer’s experience at Simcom by CAE is affected and shaped most by this relationship. The instructor, therefore, must be able to assess client needs with timely and effective decision making within the context of the Mission and Strategy guidelines of Simcom by CAE .

Requirements

  • CFI/II /MEI Instruction experience is .
  • 1000 h ou rs D ual Instruction given is .
  • Actual King Air flight experience required; 300/350 series and/or 200 series and/or 90 series.
  • A current F light I nstructor (CFI) certificate with Instrument and M ulti- E ngine ratings is for full time employment. Any loss of certificate privileges may result in permanent dismissal from the company.

Nice To Haves

  • FAA ATP is highly preferred.
  • FAA medical is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Instructor for C lassroom and Flight S imulator training activities in King Air series training.
  • Conduct ground and flight simulator training for customers at S imcom by CAE .
  • Evaluate the customer’s progress in gaining skills and knowledge by the standards established at S imcom by CAE.
  • Maintain competency and qualification authorized to instruct.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Effectively evaluate customer training needs and proficiently coach and instruct .
  • Employ creative and innovative teaching methods to meet individual customer needs.
  • Attain applicable ratings and qualifications in an economical and timely manner.
  • assess client needs with timely and effective decision making within the context of the Mission and Strategy guidelines of Simcom by CAE .
