Distribute manuals, bulletins, forms, and materials in paper and electronic format. Maintain account listings, distribution lists, and revision lists using database files. Post documents to appropriate locations. Manage shelf stock and warehouse inventory; prepare manuals for aircraft; process manual requests, assemble and prepare class materials, distribute manuals and materials to simulators, briefing rooms, and classrooms based upon account listings; audit manuals; assist with self-audits; assist with airline manual request for change (AMRFC) process administration. Other administrative duties include building supplies, mailroom support, vending support, flight packet retention and new hire pilot/management integration support. Other administrative duties could be assigned in the future. Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective ongoing operations. Applies knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence. Performs administrative work that requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience. Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options. Impacts own team through the quality of the services or information provided. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
