Vexcel is hiring a Flight Planning Specialist to support aerial collection planning for the Vexcel Data Program, the world's largest aerial imagery program. This is a U.S. based remote role. Most of our team is remote across the U.S., supporting global aerial imagery operations. This role focuses on designing and optimizing flight plans for large scale aerial mapping and remote sensing missions. The Flight Planning Specialist works closely with operations, pilots, and technical teams to ensure collections meet quality, efficiency, and production requirements. This role is open to both junior and senior candidates. Responsibilities and scope will scale based on experience. The Flight Planning Specialist works closely with operations, production, and technical teams and is part of the Vexcel Data Program organization. For over 30 years, Vexcel has been the industry leader in the photogrammetric and remote sensing space, building market leading UltraCam sensors and providing a comprehensive library of cloud based geospatial data.
