We are seeking a highly capable and mission-focused TOC Operations Specialist to support a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Training Program. The TOC Operations Specialist serves as an assistant for the Squadron Coordination Center (SCC), supporting all aspects of current operations and mission command support for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. This role ensures effective communication, synchronization, and execution of flight and ground operations across multiple training events. The TOC Operations Specialist is an integral position a team of Flight Operations personnel and supports 24-hour field operations throughout the training calendar.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Over 4 years of experience in military operations, tactical coordination, or TOC management.
  • Strong understanding of flight and ground operations procedures.
  • Proficiency in operational planning and reporting tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret Mission Execution Forecast (MEF) forms.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior military service in aviation flight operations support roles.
  • Experience executing 24-hour tactical operations centers.
  • Familiarity with CAFRS/OMIS or similar mission command systems.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army doctrinal standards and training cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Supports in managing the SCC and Flight Operations Section (2 Coordinators, 3 Specialists).
  • Operate and support 24-hour field operations across six annual training events.
  • Communicate with subordinate, higher, and adjacent units to maintain operational awareness.
  • Manage and synchronize administrative flight and ground operations during mission execution.
  • Prepare and issue fragmentary orders, operational plans, and intelligence summaries.
  • Maintain situational awareness tools and update the FMS Client OMIS system.
  • Develop and deliver doctrinally correct instruction for tactical and sustainment training.
  • Attend planning meetings, command update briefs, and synchronization meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Site Lead and PM.
