We are seeking a n experienced Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for deliver ing seamless flight logistics , with a high attention to detail and client-focused approach. Requirements

• Aviation operations experience, ideally within an airline, charter operator, or FBO
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Calm under pressure , with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A customer-focused communicator confident working with global clients and teams
• Strong time management and ability to meet tight operational deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manag ing charter flight operations from contract through completion
• Coordinat ing seamlessly with brokers, clients, operators, and suppliers
• Prepar ing flight briefs, pre-flight checks, and compliance documentation
• Arrang ing third-party services including handling, catering, and ground transport
• Monitor ing flights in real time and proactively manag ing operational changes
• Consistently d eliver ing a high-touch client experience
• Support ing on-site flight operations when
• Maintain ing accurate operational records
