The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as a Flight Hardware Inspector. As a strong communicator and skilled hands-on Flight Hardware Inspector, you will support various departments in the following areas: - Flight Hardware Inspector- Review and perform inspection of product and data. Configuration management auditing to AS 9100 and Karman QMS requirements. Must be able to explain the respective role within the QMS and how their role contributes to quality (Ref. Quality Procedures). Shall contribute to product conformity as apart to their daily job function and shall contribute to product safety (Ref. job travelers and the Injury and Illness Prevention Program Handbook). Shall also be aware of ethical behavior and conduct themselves accordingly to Karman policies and procedures (Ref. Employee Handbook).
