About The Position
The Flight Engineering Manager position at Boeing involves overseeing engineers and specialists in the analysis, development, testing, deployment, and operation of Rocket Propulsion (RP) components and systems. This role is critical to the success of the Space Launch Systems (SLS) program, which is recognized as the largest RP effort undertaken. The manager will be responsible for project execution, resource acquisition, technical management, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders, all while ensuring compliance with export control requirements.
