GE Aerospace is seeking a dynamic, and results driven FLIGHT DECK Specialist to deploy GE Aerospace’s proprietary lean operating model, FLIGHT DECK, and ensure alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) priorities. The FLIGHT DECK Specialist will coach teams, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to deliver exceptional value to our customers. In addition, the FLIGHT DECK Specialist will guide Operations teams through their FLIGHT DECK journey, providing ongoing teaching and coaching of lean principles, theories, practices and drive ownership and adoption through the Operations team.
