About The Position
As a Flight Attendant at Republic Airways, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers in accordance with FAA and Inflight guidelines. This position requires a commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable onboard experience while adhering to all regulatory and assigned cabin duties. You will be responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and the use of emergency equipment on board the aircraft, which includes operating emergency exits and equipment that may require significant physical effort. Your duties will also involve providing food and beverages to passengers, which necessitates the ability to push and pull moveable carts weighing over 250 pounds. You will assist passengers with their carry-on baggage, ensuring a neat and orderly cabin environment. Collaboration with fellow crew members is essential to contribute to a reliable and on-time operation, meeting all report times, departure times, and minimum turn times. Additionally, you will perform inflight sales and promotional duties as assigned and assist other Customer Service staff as needed. Maintaining a professional image is vital, including adherence to the company uniform dress code and compliance with the associate Rules of Conduct. You will also be expected to keep current with Inflight guides and manuals while fostering the company's core values and culture throughout the work environment. This position may require you to perform additional duties as assigned or required, ensuring that you are adaptable and responsive to the needs of the operation.
