Responsibilities

Greet customers with a smile, guide them through our services, and create a positive, memorable experience.
Prepare vehicles for wash services, perform interior detailing (vacuuming, cleaning mats, windows, dashboards), and ensure vehicles leave sparkling inside and out.
Safely guide drivers, monitor the wash process, check truck beds, push in mirrors, and identify areas our equipment may not reach effectively.
Educate customers on available services, pricing, and special offers. Assist with payments, account setup, and navigating options.
Conduct visual inspections, watch for equipment malfunctions, and activate emergency stops if needed.
Keep work areas, customer spaces, and equipment clean and organized with regular site and equipment maintenance.
Jump in to help with other tasks as needed to keep the team and site running smoothly.
